Despite the fact that Himawari is the synthesis of Hamura and Hagomoro's chakras (which in a way replicates Kaguya's chakra), Himawari's singularity has not been highlighted in the series.
Kaguya wins, it's not even close. Isshiki's strongest attacks are basicly Cubes and Rods (which Kaguya can literally telelorts away, dodged, counter, or nuked with 10tails Bijuu Bomb). Kaguya has Expansive Truth Seeker Orbs and Ash Killing Bones which are superior than Isshiki's strongest attacks.

Naruto clearly outclassed issihki and DMS Kakashi was better then kaguya arguably but didn’t out class her. This is implying Isshiki is stronger than Kaguya. Something vastly untrue. If baryon mode did anything, it was put Naruto nearer to Kaguya. This is probably the only topic I will make an additional response to.
Kaguya is stated by Sasuke to be way stronger than Madara, so if they can deal with her it would just infer that they are stronger than Madara. On top of that Madara cannot seal her. They got stronger in the fight against Kaguya. No. Both of them had their default So6P/Rinnegan for the entire duration of the fight.
The Kages weren't a big deal since even pre-Ten Tails Madara could do that without full power. Kaguya is noted to be stronger than Ten Tails Madara. Naruto and Sasuke are big issues. But Kaguya had faced them as well, a long with Sakura, Kakashi, and Obito. Momoshiki was killed whereas Kaguya needed to be sealed and divided.
Sakura is a medical ninja from Konohagakure and one of the strongest Kunoichi in the entire series. She's extremely powerful and along with Naruto and Sasuke, she forms Konoha's great three-way deadlock. Sakura's physical prowess and healing abilities are tremendous. However, Delta is far superior to her at almost everything.
